Provençal Herbs/Herbes de Provence

A careful mélange of sun-soaked herbs combine to provide Herbes de Provence its legendary flavor. Although there are variations from one preparation to another, in our jar we assembled the most classic combination: rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram and savory.

Herbes de Provence are omnipresent in all Provençal dishes, whether meats, fish, sauces or vegetables. We also think it is the reason barbecues and skewers exist! If Provençal cuisine could be concentrated into one thing, that thing would be Herbes de Provence.

Tip: to set your barbecues apart from all others by their irresistible scent, toss a few pinches of herbs directly over the coals; you won't have to wait long for the results.
