Before even taking a bite, these olives taste Provence because of the herbes de Provence they have soaked in. The juicy flesh marries perfectly with the herbs. When you are not quite ready for dinner, mix them in a bowl with our Niçoises olives and our Picholine olives.
The olives with Provençal herbs are also great to flavor a pasta or garnish dishes -- chicken, fish, you name it. If you choose not to pit them, don't forget to tell your guests!
