I love going back to Provence, and I love living in California. Actually, I think that Provence is the California of France.

I always wanted to start a company, and there is no better place for that than San Francisco. By bringing our passion of Provençal cuisine into the American kitchen, Donatien and I get the best of both worlds: doing business in the US, and "having to" go back to Provence to develop the latest recipes for life in Provence...
