The Petits Toasts are the ideal way to enjoy Provençal foods anytime of day.

In the morning, spread a little butter and Provençal jam: breakfast is ready! How about a platter of these jam toasts to share in the middle of the table when treating guests to breakfast?

At noon, spread a little cheese and a slice of raw tomato for a lunch snack.

A simple slice of "saucisson", the Provençal salami. Saucisson looks like salami but it is drier. A word of advice: In France you may get arrested if you call saucisson "salami"!
