Hello everybody, I am enchanté to welcome you on my home page!
One of my favorite places in the world is Lourmarin, a small village at the foot of the Lubéron. My grand-father was its mayor and sold his original house to Albert Camus. Whenever I am back at our house in Lourmarin, sipping pastis at a café, playing pétanque or eating fougasse bread with goat cheese and the wine of our property, the meaning of the words "Art de Vivre" really sinks in...
One of my other favorite places in the world is Santa Cruz, where I go surfing whenever I'm not in the stores, sampling our products and chatting with our enthusiastic customers. I often marvel at how lucky I am to be able to communicate my passion for Provence with really receptive people all over the US during the week, and to catch some truly amazing waves on the week-end.
Even though Julien and I are both French, we completely adjusted to the California lifestyle. This is where I learned to barbecue - I have to buy double the ingredients when Julien comes over!
