A BBQ With Don

Inviting my friends to enjoy a BBQ at my place is always a great pleasure. I enjoy very much cooking some meat, fish, vegetables, while drinking a glass of wine or pastis and discussing with my guests. Like when I'm barbecuing in my village in Lourmarin, I use a lot of Herbes de Provence, Thyme, Rosemary to give this unique flavor (the "Provencal Touch") to  my dishes. And then I have Aioli, Rouille, Ratatouille, Tapenade to accompany my dishes. It's that simple, the success of my BBQ's, is based on simple, tasty, natural food and time spend with friends, very human, very Provencal.
